We deliver to all the postcode areas shaded yellow on the map below. Some more distant addresses carry an additional delivery charge, please see the list of postcode below.
Our online booking diary will only accept bookings to delivery addresses in the yellow shaded area. Attempts to override our postcode restrictions will result in your booking being cancelled and the loss of any booking fee paid. Our delivery area is clearly shown.

.The package also contains 4 x Didi Cars and the DIY Disco Add On, which comprises two music speakers, disco lights and laser. Music is supplied on a USB stick, or you can pair to bluetooth and play a playlist.
Set Up and Pack Up Times
Please allow us 30mins to safely set up your Party Package and the same again to collect at the end of the hire. We need access two a regular electricity sockets, one for the bouncy castle, the other for the disco equipment.
FOR OUTDOOR BOOKINGS REAL GRASS IS BEST
For outdoor residential hires, the bouncy castle must be set up in a garden where we are able to hammer stakes into to the ground to secure it.
The 3D Bouncy Castle has EIGHT anchor points.
We need to be able to hammer EIGHT stakes into the ground.
The DIY Disco Add On must be set up indoors. It cannot go outside.
We cannot set up outdoors on hard standing surfaces such as slabs, tarmac, monobloc or timber decking as we can’t hammer stakes in.
We cannot set up on plots of land adjacent to your property without first obtaining written permission from the land owner.
We CAN set up on ASTROTURF providing there is a substrate of compacted sand and gravel and you give express consent to hammer the stakes through the surface. You will be asked to grant this permission on the booking form.
Safety First
All our products have PIPA safety certification, public liability insurance, electrical test and risk assessments. If you're booking for a hall or community centre you may be asked to provide copies of our documents, these are sent automatically as a link on your confirmation email.
Fife Council Halls
Fife Council insist that a member of staff from the hire company stays and supervises the equipment (not the children) for the duration of the party. Click HERE to see which Fife Council halls ask for supervision. This rule applies to ALL hire companies, not just ours.
