Delivery Times
For weekend hires, we typically deliver between 8.30am -11.30am unless requested otherwise. If you need it for a particular time, please specify on the booking form.
Cleanliness
The soft play shapes are sanitised before and after use. The ball pond balls are machine washed before every hire.
Set Up and Pack Up Times
Please allow us 20 minutes to safely set up your soft play and the same again to collect at the end of the hire.

King of the Castle Scotland is registered with the Register of Play Inspectors International (RPII) as qualified operators and attendants of inflatable play equipment. All our inflatables are inspected through the PIPA inspection scheme (where applicable). We are fully insured. Our Public Liability, Electrical Tests & Risk Assessments are available to download here. However, the responsibility for the safe supervision of the inflatable rests with the hirer.
