Mermaid Party Package

Here's a lovely toddler package combining our Mermaid Bouncy Castle and Ball Pond.  Toddlers will have loads of fun bouncing on the bouncy castle and splashing in the ball pond.

The bouncy castle is suitable for indoor or outdoor use but to keep the softplay balls clean and free from grass, soil and dirt, the ball pond must be set up indoors. Both inflatables need fans to keep them inflated.

Set Up and Pack Up Times

Please allow us 30mins to safely set up your Party Package and the same again to collect at the end of the hire. We need access to two regular electricity sockets, one for each fan. At the end of the hire, we ask that all the softplay balls are back in the ball pond.

FOR OUTDOOR BOOKINGS REAL GRASS IS BEST

For outdoor residential hires, the bouncy castle must be set up in a garden where we are able to hammer stakes into to the ground to secure them.

The Mermaid Bouncy Castle has SIX anchor points.

We need to be able to hammer SIX stakes into the ground.

The Ball Pond must be set up indoors. It cannot go outside.

We cannot set up outdoors on hard standing surfaces such as slabs, tarmac, monobloc or timber decking as we can’t hammer stakes in.

We cannot set up on plots of land adjacent to your property without first obtaining written permission from the land owner.

We CAN set up on ASTROTURF providing there is a substrate of compacted sand and gravel and you give express consent to hammer the stakes through the surface.  You will be asked to grant this permission on the booking form.

Safety First

All our products have PIPA safety certification, public liability insurance, electrical test and risk assessments. If you're booking for a hall or community centre you may be asked to provide copies of our documents, these are sent automatically as a link on your confirmation email.

Fife Council Halls

Fife Council insist that a member of staff from the hire company stays and supervises the equipment (not the children) for the duration of the party. As an operator comes with the Candy Floss machine you can avoid the supervision charge.
